BACO NOIR: Blue Grape. Red juice. Great wine and juice grape.
SEYVAL BLANC: Early season, productive, hardy white wine grape.
HIMROD SEEDLESS: White seedless grape. Good replacement for thompson seedless for the south.
THOMPSON SEEDLESS: Large white seedless grape. Very sweet.
VENUS SEEDLESS: Very productive in most areas, blue seedless grape. Good clusters, fast growing vine.
MARS SEEDLESS: Good sweet grape that makes good crop 2nd year and is very good growing, disease resistant vine.
RELIANCE SEEDLESS: Long clusters of medium size, table quality eating grapes.
Fairly resistant to Pierce disease.
SATURN SEEDLESS: Large red seedless. New hybrid variety.
RED FLAME SEEDLESS: Popular table grape nationwide. Will grow better in regions of Northwestern part and
Southwestern part of Texas. Good flavor grape that is sweet and keeps well.
RUBY SEEDLESS: Good red seedless. Somewhat better producer in southern areas than Red Flame.
High quality table grapes with similar quality of Red Flame.
MUSCAT: Golden wine grape.
CONCORD: Old standard jelly grape still popular but not resistant to some diseases.
NIAGRA: Sweet large white grape. More disease resistant than the Concord grape.
CATAWBA: Does better in some Northern parts of Texas, Arkansas and Missouri than in Southern regions.
SIEBEL 9110: White grape with one or two seeds. Very good producer of multi-purpose fruits. Bears well in
most Southern regions.
BLACK MANNUKKA: Black seedless. Only black seedless grape with any production qualities at all in Texas
and adjoining areas; Oklahoma, Louisiana and Mississippi.
BLACK SPANISH: Good jelly or wine grape(also known as Lenoir).
FAVORITE: Started from the seed of a Black Spanish grape. Yields larger, higher quality fruit. Very disease resistant.
CHAMPANEL: Good champagne grape, wine type and good jelly quality. Resistant to
most diseases. Heavy producer.
CABERNET SAVIGNON: French hybrid wine grape.
CHARDONNAY: French hybrid wine grape.
MERLOT: Dark wine grape.
BLANC DU BOIS: White wine grape. Very disease resistant.
CYNTHIANA(NORTON): Vigorous plants with flavorful wine/jelly grapes. Excellent resistance to most diseases that afect leaves and fruit. Ripens late August - early September.
